CITY aims to build good character in vulnerable school children. We believe in showing Christian love by giving practical assistance to students in a safe, caring and supportive learning environment.

By cementing strong relationships and guiding them in their formative years, we help them overcome educational and family challenges so that they may grow into contributing adults in society.

In 2007, CITY was formally established under the Singapore Anglican Community Services (SACS), the community service arm of the Anglican Diocese of Singapore. SACS is a registered charity and social service agency with Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status.
